Do you have medical questions?

Can you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship mainly to North America and Europe. If it is a country, where we haven't sent a parcel yet, we will contact you in advance.

What is the volume of each vial?

There are two sizes: 5 ml or 10 ml.

Package Size? How many ampoules are in a pack?

On behalf of EVER Pharma, we ship boxes of Cerebrolysin containing 5 ampoules of 5 ml or 10 ml each. 

Each box contains 5 ampoules.

Why is 10 the maximum number of packs per order?

It has been our experience that when we ship more than ten packages at a time, it usually takes longer to pass customs.

Therefore we recommend ordering not more than 10 packs per shipment and we have limited the maximum order quantity to 10 packs each.

What is the price for Cerebrolysin?

The Beethoven-Apotheke is only the logistics partner for EVER Pharma.

Prices are set by EVER Pharma only. We have no influance on that.

The prices depend on the country of destination and the respective customs tariff as well as the associated effort to fulfill the legal requirements.

You see your local prize after registration.

Do you sell other products for EVER Pharma?

  1. We only sell Cerebrolysin and no other products for EVER Pharma.
  2. The Beethoven Pharmacy has an other webshop where all other products are listed that we sell online: shop.beethoven-apo.at
  3. Prescription products may not be shipped under Austrian law.
  4. If you cannot find a product there, please send us an e-mail.

What is the Expiration date?

The packs sent out have a shelf life of at least 3 years.

The maximum shelf life directly after production is 5 years.

How can I order?

  1. Search for the product of your choice
  2. Click on the shopping cart and complete the check-out 

Can I order as a guest?

No. Orders can only be placed as a registered user

Can I change the shipping address of my order? 

If you have an account, you can edit your shipping address at any time in your "profile". The address for an order that has already been placed can no longer be changed retrospectively.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us.

My order has arrived damaged or partially damaged, what now?

Please contact us.  The statutory warranty regulations apply.

My order has not arrived, what now?

Please contact us.

How and when do I get my money back?

Once your return has been received by the pharmacy, it will be checked and the money will be refunded by the pharmacy to the payment method you have chosen. We will contact you.

Where can I find my invoices?

You will receive your invoice by email, but you can also download it electronically from your customer account.

  1. Please log in with your login details.

  2. Click on "Profile" in the main menu.

  3. Click on "My orders".

  4. Click on "Order details / Invoice".

  5. Then click on the "Download invoice" button.

If you ordered as a "Guest", the invoice was sent to you by email.

How do I redeem a voucher?

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
  2. Then go to your shopping cart.
  3. Enter your voucher code here and click on "Redemption".
  4. The voucher will be automatically added to the shopping cart.

Where can I get pharmaceutical advice on products?

Once you have found a suitable product and would like further advice, you can contact our pharmacy directly. We will forward any medical questions to EVER Pharma. You can also contact EVER Pharma directly: office@everpharma.com

Shipping and delivery

How quickly do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We always use the quickest shipping method with the Austrian Post and their partners abroad.
Usually it takes 7 to 10 business days.
The only very rare delay (up to 3 weeks!) is caused by Customs. We have no influence on that.

Before confirming your order, you will see the actual costs incurred, the payment methods and the delivery or collection options for your products.

How high are the shipping costs?

Can I change the shipping address of my order? 

You can edit your shipping address at any time in your "profile" or in the checkout process (shopping cart). The address for an order that has already been placed cannot be changed afterwards.

Does Cerebrolysin need to be delivered and stored refrigerated? 

No, Cerebrolysin can be stored at room temperature.

Safety of medicinal products

How do I get information on medication, interactions etc.

Relevant product information can be found in the detailed view of the respective product. You can find various information in the "More about the product" section. If you are missing further information, please contact us.

What do I do if I notice adverse reactions to a product/medicinal product?

If you notice any adverse reactions to a product/medicinal product supplied by us that are not described in the package leaflet, please contact us.

Customer account

How can I change my personal data?

To change your personal data, first log in with your e-mail address and password. Under the menu item "Profile" and the subpage "My account", you can now change your billing address, manage your delivery addresses and payment methods and change your password or email address.

I've forgotten my password, what now?

If you have forgotten your password, please use our "Forgot password" function. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided and click on "Send".
You will then receive an e-mail from us with a link to change your password. Click on the link and set a new password on the website. You can then log in immediately with your new password.

Note: If you do not see an email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

Do I have to register?

Yes, registration is  necessary to order  

Registration gives you access to a lot of helpful and useful functions:

  1. Independent management of your customer data
  2. Setting up your delivery addresses
  3. Personal order history
  4. Faster completion of the order process

Will my data be treated confidentially?

We see ourselves as a responsible partner for your health. For this reason, it is part of our self-image that we treat your data with the utmost care and confidentiality at all times.

How can I close/delete my customer account?

Go to the page "Contact" and fill out the contact form to delete your customer account. We will be happy to take care of your request. 

Are there any costs if I register?

No, there are no costs for registration.
