Information on exercising the right of withdrawal in the event of a purchase contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one shipment
Cancellation policy
Customers who are to be regarded as consumers can withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside a business premises within fourteen days without giving reasons.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must Cerebro / Beethoven Apotheke (Shop) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the products to the pharmacy or hand them over in person at your expense immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed the pharmacy of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Section 18 FAGG, the consumer has no right of withdrawal/right of revocation in the case of distance or off-premises contracts:
- Services if the trader - on the basis of an express request by the consumer as well as a confirmation by the consumer of his knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract - had begun to perform the service before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period and the service was then fully provided,
- Goods, which are manufactured according to customer specifications or which are clearly tailored to personal needs,
- goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded,
- goods which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery,
- goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
